Smart cards can be purchased at our main office, authorized retailers throughout Abu Dhabi, or online through our website with delivery options available.
The standard card costs 20 AED, which includes 15 AED of initial travel credit. Special tourist packages start at 50 AED for a 1-day unlimited pass.
Yes, you can add value to your card through our website, mobile app, or at any of our authorized reloading stations across the city.
Standard cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Tourist passes expire after their designated period (1-day, 3-day, or 7-day).
If your card is registered, you can report it lost through our customer service, and the balance will be transferred to a replacement card for a small fee of 10 AED.
